Yvonne Hao
Vice President, North America
ADI

Yvonne Hao is the Vice President of North America for ADI based in Melville, New York. In this role, Yvonne has responsibility for the ADI North American business, with its 100+ branch locations and hub operations. ADI is a leading low voltage distributor with offerings in intrusion, fire, CCTV, access, audio/video, tools & hardware, home solutions, wire & cable and IP networking, and over 500 vendors.

Before joining ADI in 2006, Yvonne was Vice President of Global Marketing for Honeywell Security, responsible for product management, marketing communications and strategy across the security group divisions. Earlier she held the role of Director in the Corporate Strategy and Business Development group where she worked across the Honeywell portfolio on projects such as Homeland Security, corporate portfolio analysis and new growth areas.

Prior to Honeywell, Yvonne was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, a global strategic management consulting firm. Yvonne worked on a range of projects consulting Fortune 100 companies on strategic issues; her focus was with high tech and media companies. Yvonne also conducted research and published an article in the McKinsey Quarterly: "The other side of outsourcing" (2002 Q1).

Yvonne graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Asian Studies from Williams College, and also has a Master's degree in Economics from Cambridge University, England.

Bob Ryan
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
ASG Security

Bob Ryan oversees the sales channels and sales personnel for ASG Security. He integrates the sales and marketing functions of the company to achieve maximum sales potential. Mr. Ryan also handles all public relations matters and corporate communications for ASG. He joined ASG Security in July, 2003, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has a diverse 19-year background in the electronic security services industry.

Prior to ASG, Bob Ryan's primary experience was with ADT Security Services, Inc., headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, from 1989-2003. While at ADT, he held various executive level positions including National Accounts Manager, Director of Commercial Marketing, Regional General Manager and most recently, Director of National Accounts, from 1997-2003.

Mr. Ryan earned a B.A. in Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University in 1988. He subsequently earned a position as a Public Speaking Instructor with the NIU as part of a graduate level program in Organization Communication, which he completed in 1989.
